Slowly start working your way in!. Start by doing a few shows as an understudy/dep and gradually work your way up!. Get in with the local am-dram groups and get involved at your nearest theatre!. Get your name known, always have a CV on you and a business card!. Contact people!.

You can get involved by participateing in a band with any possible instruments you know, or learn one, and you may also want to sing, get trained, participate in dance, choir etc!.
