Question: Need help with guitar playing!?

with my guitar playing, I used to be a good player and play everyday non stop but a few things happened in my family and I lost interest I cant really figure out away to take it back up again, playing it reminds me of the past and i dont want to relive it so how can i play without being reminded of the past!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I went through that for 10 years and picked up the instrument one day and decided to play agian!.
I am very proficient and my talent is considered a wasted talent !.Many musicians would love to have my skills so it is gratifying for me to hear that!. I improvise esily, compose, write, and now record once in a while!.

Trade in your old guitars and get new ones that don't remind you of the past!.
That's what I did!.!.!.I had a Gibson guitar that reminded me of a girl I had been "in love with"!.!.!.!.things did not go well between us!.!.!.the guitar reminded me of her!.!.!.!.!.so I traded it for a Martin! And I did not play the songs that reminded me of her!Www@QuestionHome@Com

well i am not sure if you played electric or acostic but which ever one you have change

so if you have an ascousic guitar buy a electric

If you have a electric get an ascoutic

completly different sounds
