Diminished chords are minor thirds stacked on top of one another!.!.!. the half diminished has minor 3rd, minor 3rd, Major 3rd, and the fully diminished has a minor 3rd, minor 3rd and minor 3rd!.

If it starts on "E"!.!.!.

Fully Diminished: E G Bb Db
Half Diminished: E G Bb D

If it is in the key of "E", the 7th is "D#"

Fully Diminished: D# F# A C(natural)
Half Diminished: D# F# A# C#
