I have been in one school talent show and it was April 18th 2008!. About 30-40 have approached me and said i have a wonderful voice and very good stage presence!. Whenever i sing a song its like if i sing an extra song or try a little harder at hitting a note nothing can touch me!. PS: I really want to be a cross between country and pop!. I live in VA!. Music Row) Then stand in front of the karaoke bar on West End and 20th dressed in a KKK outfit while singing: "I'm a Good Old Rebel"!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. not only will you get noticed, but you'll get plenty of attention at Vanderbilt Medical Center (If you survive) which is just around the corner from the bar!. Your parents need to get you out there and invest in a quality recording of your music!. You need to write your own music nowadays to get discovered by great people at your age!. Many label execs will say you are too young if you go out there singing some over used Carrie Underwood song!. However, if you bring in something you wrote, play guitar, and sing it live, your chances increase!. It is a hard business!. Only the super different and unique make it!. Don't be a cookie cutter!. Develop your style and then go to one of those towns and start making contacts!. Try an agency when you have a recording of your stuff!. YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO ACCEPT DENIAL, YOU MAY HAVE A WONDERFULL VOICE BUT SOME PEOPLE MIGHT NOT LIKE YOUR STYLE, OR NOT LOOKING FOR WHAT YOU HAVE!.
