That's one cool guitar! I want a black one!

If it were me, I'd use these strings:

They are not the cheapest, but they last forever and will spoil you rotten!.

Thomastik-Infeld's JAZZ Swing Series description reads, "mellow timbre, powerful, designed especially for semi acoustic and acoustic jazz guitars!."

With these strings, you can kiss string squeak away! Easier on the fingers, too!.

I use and recommend Elixir Nanoweb light gauge strings and use them on all of my acoustics!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Congratulations! It's always fun to get a new guitar!. Since that guitar has an under the saddle pickup, any acoustic strings would work okay!. You'd probably want to use extra-light or light gauge !. I live in an area with real high humidity so I usually use D'addario!. The plastic pouch that they come in keeps the guitars from becoming tarnished from all of the moisture in the air!. Plus I've always found them to be a high quality string!. Hope this helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
