Question: Basic guitar chords!?
I play acoustic guitar, and have for about a half a year!.
I'm pretty good, and would like to start some original songs!.
I need some guitar chords that I can google and see that they would fit into a song well!.
But first i'll tell you the ones I do know(usually I just use power chords, I'd like to learn REAL chords):
E minor (with and without bottom two strings with third fret)
G (i think that is the 3rd fret on low d and 2nd fret on A)
C (i think that is G dropped down a string)

Sorry man, but you'd better forget bout composing for about two years!. And!.!.!.you should have already mastered the basic chords!.
First of all, learn some basic theory!.!.!.notes, scales, CHORDS - the way they're built, the way they work with other chords in a song!.!.!.!.only then you can think of writing music!. YES! You need it!. And I'm not a crazy 60yo classical music teacher, I'm a metalhead, yes I play that loud, aggressive bunch of noise and still tell you to learn theory!. I also play blues and the related stuff sometimes!.

If you have been playing guitar for 6 MONTHS and you still haven't mastered even the basic chords!.!.!. then you need to BUY a CHORD CHART!.!.!. they sell for $3 or less in ANY music store and are well worth the money!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
