Question:Is the Paranoid guitar solo by Black Sabbath hard to learn? I know how to play the rest of the song. Also how long did it take you to learn it?

Dude it's a piece of widdle. It's dead easy. Iommi doesn't play technical stuff. The hardest part about the Paranoid solo is the timing and they rhythm.

Tony Iommi is obviously a GENIUS at riffs, and the solo is a perfectly written piece, which cuts into each bar, and mimics the main riff. You have to get each section of notes sounding just right, with the right timing, to make it sound any good.

Loads of people just play the notes flat, without emphasis on the beat - don't do it!! Play it GOOD, listen to how he plays it.

But it's not hard.
