When you press the bottom three keys, notice that they all press down the key right above all three of them. You more than likely have a leak on that pad. If those keys don't press that pad all the way down, then they will not properly play. If that is the problem, it is a simple fix and I would not charge more than 5 to 10 dollars.

What kind of "don't work?" Are they floppy and won't spring back up, or are they stuck? Usually "stuck" is worse than "not springy." If it's just a busted spring, that might not be a big deal.

It will depend on what the actual problem is. Instead of asking us (who can't diagnose, and don't know what the repair technician rates are), go take it to your technician. Any technician I've ever seen will diagnose it for free, and let you know what it should cost to repair. If there is anything extra that needs to be fixed, they'll let you know that more cost will be incurred to continue.
