How do you smooth the transition from your chest voice to your head voice?

Question:I have difficulty transitioning from my chest to head voice, and the sound isn't as clear as I would like. Do you have any advice regarding how to connect the two?

my best advice is to just continually sing through it... it takes awhile but it works...
