What type of guitar does Neko Case play?

Can't tell what brand it is but its an acoustic-electric (IOW, an acoustic with a built-in piezo-electric pickup). Its also a tenor guitar, meaning its only got 4 strings not 6 -- the 4 strings are tuned like the 4 highest strings of a regular 6-string guitar.

I read an article about her several months back in The Fretboard Journal magazine -- she's known for playing tenor guitar rather than a regular 6-string, and apparently she owns quite a few of them, both acoustic and electric models.
