You have a very nice voice, and your pitch is very good also.

I know that singing to a video camera doesn't exactly encourage a full performance, and that many developing vocalists are so concerned about getting the lyrics right, hitting the notes, and copying the phrasing of the artist they are covering, they don't learn to put themselves in the song.

You have marvelous tools, now work on forgetting that Mandy Moore recorded the song ... make it your own. Find out where and how the song resonates with you emotionally, and find a way to make the audience feel what you feel. This is the hard part: putting your own heart on the line, showing through your voice what is going on in your soul. But that is what other people find compelling, the revealed vulnerability, and the beauty of one soul singing to another.

Don't worry about the technical part ... you've go that down; work on finding your unique delivery that will pull your audience into where you are, inside.

OMG, I sing that song too! I love it. I'm a guy though :D

You should listen to the song a few times again before trying to sing it. Remember that muscular memory is hard to readjust and once you sing a song the wrong way it's hard to fix it :)
