All Shook Up or Damn Yankees?

Question:This summer, I can audition for two musicals in my area. All Shook Up and Damn Yankees. I'll have friends in both shows, so I'm not partial to either of them.

I don't know much about these shows and I'm curious as to which one you guys think is better or just more fun.

I have been in both of these shows, and i must say i enjoyed Damn Yankees much more. Yes, it is about baseball but it was extremely fun to work on. Let me just say though...If you are a good singer and actress, i would do Damn Yankees, in the case of you getting one of the woman leads (Lola, Gloria, or Meg). If you are a chorus kind of girl...i would do All Shook Up!
For all it's worth, both are very fun and whatever you choose such be a great experience. Have Fun =)

All Shook Up = awful show, it closed on Broadway rather early. It's a fun show, but doesn't have much to its name. Damn Yankees, I was in last year, and that show is a fun classic, so I would audition for both just to get seen, network a bit and the more you audition, the better- but I would most definatly pick Danm Yankees over All Shook Up anyday.
