I wouldn't focus too much on something like that. Perfect Pitch, it self is rarely a great thing to have. People who really have it, like in a serious way, would get rid of it in a heart beat if they could. But what this would teach would be some sort of pitch memory in the lines of relative pitch, which would also be learned through practice in music.
So you have to ask yourself, why do you want to know it. Do you want to have this 'perfect pitch' to amuse friends, or to be a better musician. If you want to be a better musician, just keep practicing, that's free and the stronger pitch reference will come. If you want to amuse friends, it'll be a lot of money and work for pretty limited results.

These have been discussed on various forums of professional classical musicians. We agree that these may teach temporary pitch MEMORY, and the rely on good comparative or relative pitch thereafter. They purport to teach some kind of Scriabin-like ability to see colors when hearing certain pitches - a psychic anomaly, perhaps - but that is all.
