I really like Will M's idea to memorize pi. After the first few dozen digits, you could say anything and no one would know the difference! Maybe you could sing it to the tune of a popular song.

Another possibility is to memorize a long dramatic story poem. (I'm looking forward to the day when a Miss America contestant presents "Howl" for her talent! LOL!)
