personally, one of my fave songs is walking on sunshine. I am also 13 and I have been taking singing lessons since I was 4. I am a soprano 2 and sang unwritten by natasha bedingfield for my talent show. It would help if I knew what kind of voice you have (your range), for me to tell you what your best choice would be. If you do not want to add details and do that, pick a song that you could relate to. I sang unwritten because for my 6th grade graduation, the teachers played a song that they thought described each of the students as they went up to get their certificate and they played that for me.
