Just repeat it back to yourself all day even if it sounds wierd it will pay off. Get you friends and family to help you rehearse aswell if that helps.

This site has some very good tips:

It depends on your learning style. I prefer to write my lines out a few times. Some people do well when they record the lines and play it back on repeat.

First: memorize them one at a time in order. If it's a long speech, memorize the first sentence--then the second--then recite those two back to yourself--then add the third.

Once you've got them down (sort of) in that way, find someone to read the other characters' lines to you, so that you can recite your lines in context of the dialogue. Your friend may also correct any minor errors or slips of memory that you have in those cases.

If your production company does things at a professional level, then they should encourage you to get "off book" in rehearsals as early as possible. One of the stage management team ought to "hold book" during the rehearsal, and as you bravely try to get through your scenes onstage without your script, if you find you can't recall your next words, you're supposed to simply say "line" (loud and clear and without breaking character!)--and the SM is supposed to read the next line to you in a clear, even voice until your memory kicks in and you can pick it up.
