Monologue of a cutter?

Question:Where can I find a well written free monologue from the point of view of a female girl that cuts her wrists? This is for my drama workshop, and we need to bring in a certain monologue and this was the kind of monologue that I need to bring in.

There's a book called Cut that has some really good monologues in it, but I don't have it handy to give you anything specific. See if you can look up quotes from that book, though.

Write one. I know, if you're not a cutter and you never have, it'd be hard. But try.
