Why not ask your music teacher....show him/her what's happening and see what he/she suggests...probably take it to your local music store, when your instrument doesn't work correctly it's always best to have a professional look at it !!!!!!!!

you probably have a leak. show your teacher, you will probably have to get it fixed.

Two possibilities:

1) As noted above, you might have a leaky pad. Look closely at the pads around the D and Eb keys, and consider taking the thing into the shop for an overhaul.

2) Your head joint is set wrong. There's a cork in the top of your head joint, and if that cork is too far one way or the other, you'll be out of tune. Take your tuning rod and insert the solid end into the head joint. There's a line scribed around the tuning rod; that line should be exactly in the center of the blow-hole. If it's off, then turn that knurled top of the head joint to move that cork in or out until the line is properly aligned in the center of the blow-hole. Then you'll be in tune.

I would take it to an instrument repair place to check what's wrong with it.
