Question:Hi! I'm an ametuer magician, and I do mostly card tricks. Since I specialize in them, I don't really need to know any more. But our school talent show gives us about five minutes to show your... talent. I want to know some good, believable tricks, that I can do w/ spending alot of money. I would like to know how to make a bowling ball appear out of a bag, just like at http://www.expertvillage.com/video/1432_... I'd also like a to do an interactive trick, w/ someone from the audience comes up to the stage and helps. I have a problem, though. The couple tricks I've done w/ cards I can get quickly, but it is other tricks that get me. I need some good instructinos. I know the whole 'magicians never tell their secrets' but I'm hoping you can help me find a few who do. Thanks for all the help!

Ok, this one will freak everyone out. Here's how it goes. You are on stage for your finale'. You say there is a new trick that you've been reading about, and you want to try it here. It's about surrounding something that is no longer living with positive energy, thus, bringing it back to life. Since it's at school and you don't want to get in trouble, your going to try it on a dead bug. Have a friend go get a dead fly off of a near by window sill (out of the room). Your friend brings it back to you. You ask for someone in the audience who thinks they have a lot of positive energy to come up and help. So they come up, confirm the fly is dead. You place the dead fly carefully in their open hand, telling them that "no matter what happens, hold your hand absolutely still" . Together you both put your free hands near the dead fly, but do not cover it up from site. After a while nothing happens, so you ask the crowd to focus their positive energy on this poor dead fly. Soon enough, the fly stands, cleans it's wings, walks to the volunteers finger tip, and flys away. This is an EXTREMLY easy trick to do.
