What are some good, easy, pretty impressive songs to sing?

I would suggest:
" My Child Will Forgive Me"- from Parade (J.Robet. Brown)
"EVery Story is a Love Story" Aida
"In My own Little Corner" CInderelle

I'm having a hard time thinking of easy songs that have the variations in pitch your looking for while still being impressive.It's also imperitave that i you show your hard work if you plan on doingan easy song (especially if it's for an audition)
If you have time to work on a song i can suggest:

"I know the Truth"- Aida
"Another Houndred People"- I forget
"Far From The Home I Love"- Fiddle on the Roof
"Green Finch and Linnett Bird"- Sweeney Todd

Look at some classic folk songs. Yeah they are pretty easy, but Shenandoah is a good example of an impressive and very beautiful song. Folk songs can show a lot of variation in your voice and they are easy to learn.

i think the impressive part depends on who your singing it to, i personally like to sing The Beatles cause almost everyone has heard of them.
