How should I prepare to audition to get into a good choir?

Question:I already know everything I need to do for the audition. I just want some tips on what I should do the day before or just before the audition.. Anything that will warm me up really well or different techniques I could use.

well i don't have a lot of experience with this but maybe i can help.
i try to practice singing for at least half an hour every day, but longer if there's a big concert or audition or something coming up. i usually won't practice for any more than an hour at a time, but sometimes i will practice multiple times in one day. i start by just doing simple warm-ups. like going up and down the scales. my teacher has me doing this one right now where you just go 1. 1,2,1. 1,2,3,2,1. all the way up to 7 just going up and down the scale. if thta makes any sense. lol and intervals also. and trilling helps a lot too. it helps you to breathe correctly, as well as loosening up your lips and throat. drink lots of warm tea to soothe your throat and nerves. especially near the actual audition. make sure you have your song(s) down. sing them over and over, even if you think you know them really well. it of course helps a lot if you have the accompanyment with you, even if it is an a cappella audition. make sure you know what you're going to do and wear at the audition also. you will be more confident and relaxed if you have everything planned out ahead of time. i also like to imagine the whole experience in my head, but make sure that you imagine everything going well! if you imagine thta it will go well, it is more likely to actually go well in real life too. well, i think that's all i've got! i hope i helped a little!
