Question:ok so i have been dancing for years now and i have never been able to do the spilts... : ( what are some good ways that i can do to help me get my splits?cause i've tired like streching like in the splits but i never seems to work...what can i do?

I know you say you have done stretching, but it's the best way to loosen your hamstring muscles.
Stretch everyday, morning and night.
Repeat the same stretches for a week, then alternate and do something different (but still repeated) for next week.
That's what our dance coach recommends :)
