I've been playing for 38 years now and one thing I remember-- don't neglect to CAREFULLY and specifically exercise your forearms, wrists, and fingers. Flexibility and strength are ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL to avoid injury. Believe it or not, it's possible to injure yourself from too much playing or playing to strenuously if you haven't developed the proper muscle groups in the arms and hands.

You definately need to look at a book or something on how to actually read music. I would say that is the hardest part. Sometimes it is easy to pick up playing the piano but when it comes down to reading music, a lot of people can't do it.

ummmmm playing the piano is easy if u catch things quickly. if not it might be hard. but u need to start looking at music and learning the notes and their meanings. sight reading comes easy to some people, but for me its hard. i dont know any online things but just search music notes or something and the basics will come out. its easy, dont sweat it. :]
