You recorded yourself on a phone. Not high quality recording equipment right there!

You can't rush improvements. Your development time-frame will depend upon YOU and how hard YOU work to improve YOUR voice. You cannot mimic someone else's singing voice--you can try, but you'll probably damage your voice in the process. Look at the vocal training these people you mentioned have had and look at how long they've been in training to get where they are. So, you need to do every vocal thing you can without overloading yourself. Experience and training (voice lessons) are your best places to begin.

You're 13. Your body is still growing, your vocal cords are still changing. Women's voices will drop as they age, just like men, but to a lesser degree. Also--you cannot change whether you're a soprano or alto voice. Mariah is a soprano, I don't know about the other people you mention.

Those "tricks" you mention is known as music theory. This is the "language" of music -- reading it, understanding it, and knowing what's on the page. Music classes and training will teach you this.

Don't expect improvements overnight. You must put forth the effort over a period of time to get rewards, there is no instant gratification in music. You must have patience.

You can't 'sing kinda like them but also find [your] own voice'. Either you sing like them (and I can't understand why you would want to, personally, as I hate each of their voices) or you sing like you.

You are better off coming to terms with the voice you have, then beating yourself up about not being able to sing like somebody else (who might not be as good a singer as you could potentially be). I used to want to be able to play the guitar like Jimi Hendrix. It took several years before I realised that I actually wasn't Jimi Hendrix, hadn't had the experiences he'd had and wasn't ever going to sound exactly like him. Then I relaxed, and almost immediately became a much better player.

Also, you're 13 years old - of course you sound like a chipmunk right now. Give it a few years and your voice will probably get a bit deeper. It will certainly start to sound more mature as you get nearer your 20s.
