The Queen of the Night Aria by Mozart goes up to the F above high C. You need to be able to go into flute voice.

You'd better have a vocal teacher guide you. Going up there wrong could damage your voice. Plus, I have a friend that's a professional soprano that's been with a major group for over twenty years, and she can't do it. You need to be a coloratura soprano, but with a forceful voice.     This is really not my area though.

    Depends on the females vocal range.

    I think your question SHOULD be "which song requires the deepest tone of voice". Because it is usually really difficult for females to pull off the deep tone.
