Triple Time Step In TAP?!?

Question:I'm in a musical that requires ALOT of tap, i have no tap experience but i'm catching on to the steps that the choreographer is showing us. one of the steps is a triple time step...well actually it's eight of them, can anyone give me a good description of the steps? or some kind of video that does it slowly so that i can work my way up to the regular speed?

Triple time step is hop shuffle step flap step stomp.
