take out the career part and I say pursue it! dancing is fun and can be a great hobby. I suggest you watch the show "So You Think You Can Dance" the later episodes to see the unemployed talent you'd be up against for an actual money making career.

But definitely dancing is a good way to keep fit and have fun. so go for it! :)

of course not!

ur never to old to pursue a dream!

your never to old to follow your dreams!

you are not old, of course you can...

So persue your dreams before you are REAlly to old!!!

No GO FOR IT!

No a lot of people are older than you that that are pro dancers and some are a lot younger than you.

nope , you can do it

Of course not. Age is nothing. You can do anything you want. You just have to be comitted and motivated to keep with it.
Start by finding out how to take dance lessons, and etc. You'll need a job at the moment, until you get a dancing career to where you get paid.
But, just look all around, internet, newspaper, friends..There's bound to be something.
Never give up.
Take care,
xx

Of course not! No one is too old to try something new.

Of couse you can dance at that age. 26 is a pretty young age.

Well, if you are ready to take some risk, why not try. The worst that could happen is that you fail and have to fall back on something else to earn a living.

Not at all, I think if you don't then you may regret it for the rest of your life. So I would say pursue your dreams, while you're still able too.

I agree with everyone. You're only 26 years old, Your young and Vibrant and it is never ever to late to pursue a dream.

My Best friend is 29 and started Dancing Salsa last year & Is now 12 months later touring with a Bachata Group over the Country (Australia).

So go for it.

No no no no no no no.

It might be a little harder for you....
the competition is stiff....
the jobs can be hard to find....
and usually the pay is not great...
it's rough on your body....
and critics can be cruel....

but as long as you know this, and if you want to do it anyway....it's not too late!!

You are too old to become a ballet dancer. But other kinds of dance may well be more open to you.
