Will this guitar neck work on my guitar?? Help??

Question:I have an Ibanez electric guitar, the one in this link. http://www.guitarcenter.com/Ibanez-IJX40... And I'm wanting to get a new guitar neck for it, the one on this link http://cgi.ebay.com/FENDER-CBS-ERA-70s-M... My guitar is somewhat of a stratocaster copy, it has the same neck pannel on the back and everything, and I'd really love to get this guitar neck, but I really want to have a little more assurance before I buy it. Now, I know that it's impossible for anyone to give me 100% chance by looking at those two links, but if you can gather any info at all from looking at them, I'd REALLY appriciate it.

ok what you have to do is measure you guitar and the neck that u want to buy, measurement should be on that page, then if it looks like it will fit then buy it if it's impossible then don't.

Oh and by the way, that is my fav guitar, I love my Ibanez guitar. sounds great. How long have u been playing?

Its very important to make sure the scale length is the same on the guitar as it is on the neck you wish to buy. If they're not then you're wasting you time. The standard Fender scale length is 25.5", Ibanez's are usually a longer 25.75" scale. I may be wrong on the scale of that particular Ibanez but be sure to check the scale length.
