I don't know how much you know, so I will tell you as much as I can.

1. All scales are 2 octaves.
2. If you are playing in an audition, it is preferred that they be played quarter note=72 or more. If you have a metrinome this won't be hard for you to get. Otherwise, just play them as fast as you can play them well, but remember that it is always better to play them slower and to play them correctly, than to play fast and stumble.
3. CMajor starts at low C and goes to the C just above the staff. I just thought you should know that so that you don't try to play it from C in the staff to high C. Like I said, I don't know how much you know.
4. Scales should be played as an eighth note for the first, eighth, fifteenth, and twentysecond notes with sixteenth notes between them. You should be able to tell when you play it. Also, the last note of the scale should be a half note, and use vibrato on this note if you can.
