The simplest way is to finger it this way.

finger 5th string 2nd fret with index finger
finger 3rd string 2nd fret with ring finger
finger 2nd string 3rd fret with little finger.

Strings 4 is played open.

As a barre chord:

A barre chord on the 2nd fret, with index finger starting on the A-string and barring all the way down.
