OK, so first off – this isn’t tab, it’s a “lead sheet”.

But basically this assumes you already know how the song is supposed to go and how to sing the melody.

So you start out playing a G chord while you sing the words “oooh, ooohh, I…”
Then when you get to the word “can’t” you switch to the D chord and continue to play the D chord for the rest of the line until you get to the word “feel”, where you switch back to the G chord.

Second line: Play the G chord over the words “oooh, oooh, I..” then switch to a Cadd9 chord on the word “can’t” and continue to play that chord for the rest of that line.

Third line: : Play the G chord over the words “oooh, oooh, I..” Then when you get to the word “can’t” you switch to the D chord, strum it once and stop playing while you sing the rest of the line.

Get it?

You're confusing lead sheets with tablature--they're two different entities.

Rachel supplied a good explanation to playing lyrics using the chords indicated. Use the chords I depicted on your other question to play the song.

The chord name is usually right above the word that calls for that particular chord. Simply shift to the appropriate chord as you sing the word in the lyrics. Use the same chord until another chord name appears.
