Floyd Rose "locks", stays in tune better and you can "push or pull" the bridge, making lower or higher pitch shifts.

Bigsby are mostly "add on" tremolos. Much harder to install a Floyd Rose tremolo, intensive mod to your guitar body.

Between the two a Bigsby will be easier to install since it just screws down; a Floyd will have to be routed front and back, and I don't think your SG-style body is gonna be thick enough.

I like Bigsbys on jazz boxes and guitars like that and personally dislike the Floyd. I like Kahler tremolos a lot more; they lay more flush than the Floyd.

Floyd Rose locks in tune the Bigsby is not as reliable. Don't bother putting like around a $200 Floyd on your Epi, it's not worth it, and that type of stuff never comes out right. For around $250-$350 you can get a Jackson or Ibanez with a Locking Trem system.
