NYU might they have a wonderful program in social work and the expressive arts. Now I'm not sure if they have an undergrad program, but this would be the first place I would look. Nazareth College in Rochester NY might also have this as an option they have both a BSW program and a music program.

Most any school will allow you to double major if you want to. Now in most cases it will require you to take up to one more year of study (in a few cases more) and so this would be the area to look at. The link you want to make to social work is in terms of music and drama therapy or at least using these as adjunctive pieces (I'm actually teaching a course in our social work program this spring on this topic).

I don't think any college would not allow it. Its your call. Most people who have double majors have courses that are sort of related and the classwork crosses over. With your two majors they are completely unrelated and would require many extra classes. I can't imagine a college not allowing you to do it but it will be a big stress on your time and colleges will limit the number of classes you can take per semester. You're more likely not to graduate in 4 years.
