Position:Home>Performing Arts> Is acoustic guitar playing good for a live audience?

Question:No question. you,d need to mike it up or use an electro acoustic. I use 6-and 12-string Ovations plugged into a Crafter acoustic amp and they sound great!
Hope this helps.

Definately! For a small audience under about 100 people is best, but I have performed in front of 250 with my acoustic.

yes sound great

Is there any other way-?

It's better if they just sit and listen. Singing along is okay sometimes, but a live audience shouldn't be bringing guitars with them.

Should be no problem. if it does not have any pickups you can use a microphone aimed at your guitar to capture the sound and send the amplified sound to the audience, it only requires a small amp that is microphone capable

Ye it is kinda like a solo except much better go for it

YES, I saw Pepe Romero once with no amplification/ solemente acoustic auditorium. Heard every note, what a terrific performance too. The man does things with that guitar that should be against the law if it didn't sound so GOOD.

Ask James Taylor! He won a couple grammies playing the A.G.

well of course, trust me it is finbe
