Question:My son is in the 8th grade,14 yrs of age, and hes a verry talented dancer.He is wanting to go into go to a performing arts school,but he really wants a boarding school.We live in the U.S.

hi i am a student of a performing art school it has been great the school is in murrieta ca right know they are building a middle school it will be ready next year and its going to go to to 9th right know the elementry goes to 6th the middle schools name will Dorthy elhinnys the elem is called Lisa j Mails elm hope Ive been of help

Glad to see he has ballet training as everything comes from that.If you can afford it,by all means,let him go.And,I don't know where you are,but,my alma mater,The High School of Performing Arts(remember "Fame"?) is a very good choice.
(And before you ask,no,we didn't run out into the street and start dancing on the cars or in the cafeteria either!)

If you live in Pinellas County, Florida, a good choice would be Gibbs High School for the PCCA (Pinellas County Center for the Arts) program.
