LEON How was his performance better tonight than Rhydians?

Question:If only I could answer that. I feel as though I must have been watching a completely different programme to the rest of the British public because Leon had a lot of tuning issues, no charisma and was distinctly 'beige' in all of his performances. Rhydian was head and shoulders above Leon in every performance. Did Leon win off the back of performing with Kylie Minogue? Are the British public really that gullible? It would appear so.

also people just might not like his style of singing he always sounds operatic to me no matter what he sings and i just don't like the music

it wasnt. Leons performance was boring as usual. and i dont like his stupid jazz singing voice he puts on. it doesnt suit him and makes him look like a twit. Rhydian is always interesting to watch. hes a great singer, he has his own style, and hes just totally unique.

Leon was rubbish he can barely sing Rhydian was amazing all the way though but at the end of the day it doesnt matter because Rhydian will get a recording contract anyway x

Its A Matter Of Taste. I Preferred Leon, I Think He Had A Better style And I Think He Deserved To Win. I Will Be Buying His Single When Its Released. I Dont Really Like The Whole Opera Style Of Music. However, I Dont THink Weve Heard The Last Of Rhydian.

Leon sang his final song a good ten minutes before Rhydian, which was an advantage, as the phone lines were open. Maybe the Scots are much more prepared to give their hard earned money to ITV than the Welsh are (remember that Scottish woman who won Pop Idol? Did anyone ever hear of her again?).

I would have bought this single if Rhydian had won (no, I'm not Welsh). Now I'll have to wait for his album.

It was no contest. Leon couldn't sing in tune and was simply imitating the style of popular singers of the past. The voting was not fair. I tried to vote several times and couldn't get through. Rhydian will go to the top. I would go and see him in a musical any day. He'd be great as Billy Bigelow in Carousel.
