well..as the person before me stated you can leave your right hand down on note above the open holed G.

but also make sure your fingers to rise too far from the keys..this will make the transitions easier.

Practice this at a slow tempo to get the transitions smooth then gradually speed up. keep your embrocure consitant throughout to keep from unclear tones.

If you're jumping from the throat tones (middle A, B flat, G) to the tuning C and such, keep your right hand down. Keeping your right hand down will also help with intonation.

Please give examples of the notes you're jumping to and from. Certain combinations of notes have certain problems that can be dealt with in special ways.
