Position:Home>Performing Arts> On a flute, should the C key be in line with the other keys?

Question:A Question About the FLUTE
I have a flute with an offset G, by the way.

---------------------

IN WORDS
So, the C- G keys are in order like this:

O 0 O O X
C A G A Flat

Should the C key and the A be in line, when looking at the flute from the side with the key pads?

My left hand keys currently look something like this:
_ - - -

---------------------

AS A PICTURE
I think it'll explain the situation better than I can in words. :)

They are a little blurry but they should be clear since I've added lines in to show which keys are which.

Thanks!!
