I was asked to sing at a talent event!..What to sing???...?

Question:

I was asked to sing at a talent event!..What to sing???...?

...First of all I'm a belter.. & i want to sing a slow touching song.
.... I'm not a soprano.. but i can sing high and low.. So i basically have a pretty good voice range... Any suggestions?? Thanks so much!

Ps... I like to sing Mariah Carry.. Christina Aguilera...Whitney Houston.... Kelly Clarkson ...of that sort..
