Help!!problem with my flute.?

well its my little sis's flute, and some of the buttons in the back are messed up, it work fine for a couple of months, now out of nowhere, when she presses these certain buttons, th foam under the button doesn't plug up the hole all the way, anyone know whats wrong, MY little bro. got it wet earlier that day, could the foam swelled up from that?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Getting the pads wet is about the worst thing that could happen. Most of your pads on student model flutes have just a single protective layer over it that basically disintegrates when they get wet.
The flute needs to be taken to a repair shop to be re-padded and adjusted. If they replace all the pads it is going to cost about $125. If it is just a couple of pads that need replaced it will be about $10 a pad.
