Depends on what time frame you are looking at!.

Crete was part of the Byzantine Empire until 1204!. Cyprus was part of the Empire up to 643, and from 966 to 1191!. Rhodes was part of the Empire up until 1309, though it was attacked and even captured by Muslim forces before that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
