c= The British factory system, especially the weaving industry was notorious for its use of women and children as these were cheaper to employ, and more easily disciplined into the factory system than male workers!.
Abuse of child labour, especially large nuumbers of horrific accidents to children in factories (and mines as well) eventually lead to legislation banning the use ofn child labour in mines and factoriesWww@QuestionHome@Com
