From 102 passengers, only one died on the voyage!. However a baby was born on the voyage!. When a person dies on the sea, they would give the person a sea burial!.
There was no bathrooms, they would use a bucketWww@QuestionHome@Com

Burial at see since anything else would have exposed all to disease from a rotting corpse!.

There were wooden ships with "bathrooms" of a sort!. They were near the rear of the ship and on the sides of the ship!. Much like a deck, maybe 4x4 feet!. The obvious hole would have dropped the waste into the ocean below since this deck was suspended over water!.

Does the term "poop deck" sound familiar!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
