It was back because it forcefully removed the Native Americans from their home!. It was the place they lived in for generation and all of a sudden they needed to be removed because of the desire to obtain more land!. This desire was started by Jackson's talk of "agriculture, manufacture, and civilization"!. also, the Native Americans had different tribes with different leaders!. While some leaders agreed to move, others did not!. The US government just ignored the ones that didn't want to move and forced all of them out!. On the journey that they had to make to their new home, 2000-4000+ Choctaws, 3500 Creeks, and 2000-8000 Cherokees died!. This was known as the Trial of Tears or the Trail of Death!. So, if this isn't considered "bad", I don't know what is!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't know how "convincing" this is, but consider "Trail of tears" from Indian perspective!. It wasn't "nice, neat and romantized" like most History books portray!. Consider the Cherokee people or nation, particularly!. Well educated, tried to model and live like whites; driven off; lost everything!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

innocent people were murdered and kicked out of thier home through no fault of thier own!. they were just tryin to live thier lives and because someone else had more effective weapons and decided that they wanted the land they were able to take it at any cost!.
how would you like it if some one came along and killed your family and made you leave the only home you had ever knownWww@QuestionHome@Com
