Question: Was Seabuscuit a Marxist horse!?
I mean, we talk about him like he was a "working class" horse with "class consciousness!." Was he!? Was he waging class warfare against the other bourgeois and aristocratic horses!?

Or did the cultural nationalists then and now (journalists, historians, politicians, etc) just use Seabuscuit as a token or tool to keep the masses preoccupied and patriotic while capitalism was failing all around them!?

Isn't it kind of ridiculous the way so many people have idolized a stupid horse!? Isn't it oddly poetic that we personify this horse with epithets like "working class" when all he did was run fast while being whipped and earning his owner money!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Meanwhile the workers were being whipped (metaphorically) by their bosses making the owners lots of money - a reflection of the truth!Www@QuestionHome@Com
