Indians, when the Indians taken to Africa by the British Empire were kicked out of East Africa!.
Bangladeshis, when East and West Pakistan broke up
Pakistanis, when they realised they would have been better off as remaining part of India
Chinese, came over in boat loads and did menial tasks!. Well established when my parents were born - 1908
Ugandans, when Idi Amin came to power
Zimbabweans, when they realised that Mugabe was a dictator!.
Eastern Europeans have been coming to the UK for centuries!. Poles and German Jews before, during and after WWII!. Recent influx is nothing to worry about!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Post WW2, due to the massive labour shortages the government invited the people of the empire to the motherland, and they answered the call in droves (and a few hundred thousand chinese came for good measure)!. How ever the eastern europeans have only recently come after poland etc!. were admitted into the EU!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Over the last few centuries!. Though Eastern Europeans and Indians are probably amongst the first inhabitants a few thousand years ago!.

Of course, we are all descendants of Africans who arrived in Europe a couple of hundred thousand years or more ago!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
