The whole Julio-Claudian dynasty is quite interesting, but some of them were pretty crazy and might not be appropriate for school!. It is about a slave named Britannicus who works for the family of Emperor Caligula!. It's a well written easy read, and it covers all those aspects ove everyday Roman slave life!.
