It's all pretty bad, but the Plague was probably the worst, the Great Fire actually helped put an end to the plague!.
There wasn't much to London before the Romans came along!.
I would say the Blitz (nazis) was the second worst, it really was terreble, particularly in the East End!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

B&C more or less go together and probably did more damage to the actual people of London!.

D obviously did damage to the infrastructure and people but it bought the people closer together!.
E was a drop in the ocean - the only thing they did was give the government an excuse to try and bring in more surveilance and restrictions!.

The worst for London came during the London Blitz - part of the Battle of Britain, during which the Nazis tried to force the British people and government to surrender!. But we would not!. For the first time ever in our history we were united and determined and down right stubborn about it!. As Winston Churchill said in the House of Commons, "Adolf Hitler, you do your worst and we'll do our best"!. And we did!.

The nazis!. It was a sustained attack over years and in the latter part almost had London evacuated!. That was the threat from V3!. V2 and 1 were already raining down!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

B&C together decimated London!. The Plague hit the populace of course whilst the Fire destroyed much of the fabric of the cityWww@QuestionHome@Com

London did not exist before the Romans!.
From the point of view of loss of life and destruction of property over a long period then WW2 was the worstWww@QuestionHome@Com

Out of those, the Plague!.
