Then, he earned their respect!. Dr!. Martin Luther King promised change and demanded it and also insisted that this change occur without violence from those who had suffered from the behavior!. Dr!. King asked that we all become better people!. He would have been a minority at any time or age!. No majority can ignore the call of a righteous man to improve themselves!.
