The former Czechoslovakia had been divided into two in 1939!.
The area now the Czech Republic was more or less the protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, under Nazi satraps including Reinhard Heydrich!.
Slovakia was autonomous under Mgr Tiso!. The Slovaks were Hitler's most loyal sidekicks!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I believe that the time period you're asking about related to the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia!.
http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Protectorat!.!.!.
(at the time, it wasn't neither the Czech Republic nor Czechoslovakia)!. "Czech Republic" was occupied by Nazi Germany and Slovakia declared independence!.

The two people I can think of was

Reinhard Heydrich (Reichsprotektor (Reich Protector) of Bohemia and Moravia)
http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Heydrich

and of course Adolf Hitler

Independent Slovakia had Josef Tiso

Reinhard Heydrich was the boy in charge, look him up in wikipedia for his correct title!. he was in charge until two czech nationals who were parachuted in by the British assassinated him in Prague!. Incidentally it was still Czechoslovakia during WWII!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It was still Czechoslovakia in WWii

It's leaders were in exile in the UK during that period and the Germans occupied it!. So the only dictator of that period I suppose was Hitler!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

As above, it was still Czechoslovakia, and it was invaded by Nazi Germany before WW2!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
